Ginza Kamo Soba Kyudaime Keisuke (銀座 鴨そば 九代目けいすけ) is a Ramen restaurant brought over from Japan by chef Keisuke.  With various specialized ramen already in Singapore, the latest addition by Chef Keisuke is a rich duck-based stock ramen. In order to give the skin a nice char, the duck is grilled and marinated in a special shoyu-based sauce and lastly, steamed at 65 degrees Celsius for a juicy bite. Duck bones and herbs are also added to the stock and left simmered for at least eight hours over a strong fire to create this signature ramen.
